Technical Specifications
100% silicone formulation. Neutral curing system minimizes odor and corrosion risk. Non-sag properties allow vertical and overhead application without slump. 10.3oz plastic cartridge compatible with standard caulking guns. Sand beige color matches common tile grout tones. Permanently flexible with elongation >500%. Service temperature range -40°F to 400°F. Adheres to ceramic, porcelain, glass, metal, and plastic substrates.
Application & Performance
Suitable for expansion joints, control joints, and perimeter sealing in tile installations. Forms waterproof, flexible seal in wet areas including showers and tub surrounds. Resists mildew growth on cured surface. Maintains adhesion under continuous water immersion. Not recommended for surfaces subject to prolonged immersion without testing. Shelf life 18 months in unopened cartridge.
