Technical Specifications
100% silicone formulation. Neutral-cure chemistry minimizes odor and corrosion on sensitive substrates. 10.3oz (305ml) cartridge size. Color: Twilight Blue. Cure rate: skin forms in 10-20 minutes, full cure 1/16 inch per 24 hours at 70°F (21°C) and 50% RH. Service temperature range: -40°F to 400°F (-40°C to 204°C). Elongation at break: >500%. Hardness: 20 Shore A. Tensile strength: 250 psi. Adhesion to porcelain, ceramic, glass, metal, plastic.
Application & Performance
Suitable for expansion joints, control joints, perimeter sealing in tile and stone installations. Forms watertight, flexible seal in wet areas including showers and pools. Remains elastic under thermal expansion and contraction. Resists mildew growth in high-humidity environments. Compatible with most construction materials without primer. Not for continuous water immersion or polyethylene surfaces.
