Technical Specifications
100% silicone formulation with neutral cure chemistry. Supplied in 10.3oz plastic cartridge compatible with standard caulking guns. Color: dusty grey. Non-sagging consistency allows vertical and overhead application without slump. Durometer hardness meets ASTM C920 Type S, Grade NS, Class 25 standards. Cure rate: skin forms in 10-20 minutes, full cure 1/8 inch per 24 hours at 75°F and 50% RH. Service temperature range: -80°F to 400°F.
Application & Performance
Suitable for expansion joints, perimeter tiling, and tub/shower corners in residential and commercial tile installations. Forms waterproof, flexible seal that accommodates joint movement up to 25% of width. Resists mildew growth in high-humidity environments. Adheres to ceramic, porcelain, glass, and most building materials without primer. Not recommended for continuous water immersion or surfaces with heavy grease.
