RENOVA Contractors LLC ("RENOVA," "we," "us," or "our") provides home remodeling services and operates the website (the "Site"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information in connection with the Site and our lead/communication forms.

  • Information you provide: for example, first name, last name, phone, email, and message when you use contact forms, "Let's talk," saved-items requests, or project-related tools.
  • Project and catalog details: if you add items to a project or request a quote, we may receive the product selections, project details, and preferences you choose to include in a submission.
  • Device and log data: we may process IP address, approximate location (such as city/country as provided by network headers), user agent, and the page URL/referrer associated with a form submission to prevent fraud and understand context.
  • Cookies, similar technologies, and local storage: we use cookies/technologies for site operation, optional analytics, and optional marketing, as described in our Cookie Policy. We may also store data in your browser's local storage (for example, saved product selections and project boards) to improve on-site experience; this data remains on your device until cleared.

We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above, to comply with law, and to resolve disputes. Lead emails and related business records are retained for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the business, unless a longer period is required by law.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.

8. Children

The Site is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
