The team at Renova did excellent work all-around remodeling our bathroom. The price was fair, even when we discovered a few hiccups after demo (water damage). There were some scheduling issues mid-way through but Michael at Renova took it upon himself to keep the project on track. In the end, the bathroom turned out amazing (they even made us a custom, built-in cabinet) and I would definitely work with them again!

Renova replaced aging wooden decking with composite for us and rebuilt our glass railing framing. Excellent work, very communicative. Also very accommodating of additional details we asked to add along the way. Highly recommended!

The team at Renova did a tremendous job restoring our master bathroom and porch soffits after we experienced a major leak due to original construction defects. We met with several different contractors and received multiple bids, and ultimately chose Renova because of Nick’s professionalism, attention to detail throughout the evaluation process, and clear commitment to ensuring the job was done right. Mike and the team who were on our project were flat out incredible. They worked quickly but with precision, and delivered on the timelines promised. They were also great about helping us with a handful of other odd jobs that needed addressing due to original construction shortcuts and issues. Mike in particular went above and beyond, including driving 20+ hours out of state without our knowledge to procure additional tile he thought was needed to fix an issue with the marble he thought he had accidentally caused — even though it turned out to be an issue with the tile itself. We have worked with many different construction and tradespeople in the past, and this is the first time anyone has ever demonstrated that kind of effort and commitment to quality before. We really could not be happier with how everything turned out, and are so appreciative to Nick and the team for giving us a beautifully restored space. I would recommend them to anyone, and will definitely be using them again when the need arises.

I hired Renova Contractors to do a bathroom restoration after water damage in my guest bathroom. Overall, they did a great job. Oleg took a lot of care in his work and was respectful and kind. I am especially happy with the tile work. The reason for the 4 instead of 5 stars is due to miscommunication that led to a delay in finishing the rebuild on time. However Nick was responsive and acknowledged the misstep and I really appreciated that. They were great to work with and I'm really happy with how the bathroom turned out!

Nik, Oleg, and Russell all did a great job on a tricky window installation in our newly renovated kitchen on Mercer Island. They handled the masonry, millworker, drywall, and interior painting. We came home to a very nicely done and completed room

We recently hired Nick and his company, Renova, for a complete kitchen remodel, and we couldn't be happier with the results. During the renovation, we ended up changing our scope of work. Instead of this being a stressful hurdle, Nick and his crew were incredibly patient and adaptable.
