4EVER STEAM MATTE Series - 8" x 48" Large Format Porcelain Plank Tile
Large format porcelain plank tile with wood-look matte finish
Selected Color: STEAM MATTE
Technical Specifications
Construction: Porcelain tile manufactured using dust-pressed method. Large format plank geometry: 8 inches × 48 inches provides extended linear coverage with minimal grout joints.
Finish: Matte surface treatment reduces gloss and reflectivity, providing slip resistance suitable for floor applications.
Material Composition: Vitrified porcelain body. Non-porous ceramic construction resists water absorption and staining.
Edge Profile: Rectified edges enable tight grout joints (1/16 inch minimum) for seamless floor appearance.
Box Coverage: 15.5 square feet per box.
Application & Performance
Primary Application: Interior floor installations. Large format geometry reduces grout lines, simplifying maintenance and creating visual continuity in residential and light commercial spaces.
Performance Characteristics: Porcelain body provides superior durability compared to ceramic tile. Non-porous surface prevents moisture absorption and mold growth in kitchens and bathrooms. Matte finish provides functional slip resistance on floor surfaces.
Suitability: Residential kitchens, bathrooms, living areas, and light commercial retail environments. Wood-look aesthetic accommodates transitional and contemporary design applications.
Limitations: Large format planks require flat substrate preparation. Installation complexity increases with plank size due to lippage control requirements.
