Construction: Luxury vinyl tile with pre-attached cushioned underlayment. Click/floating installation system (Uniclic compatible). Material composition: PVC vinyl tile with foam or cork comfort underlayment layer bonded to back surface.
Core Structure: Rigid vinyl composition suitable for floating floor applications. 100% waterproof core prevents moisture absorption and delamination.
Locking Mechanism: Drop & Lock click system allows glueless installation over wood or concrete subfloors. No adhesive required.
Application & Performance
Approved for on-grade, above-grade, and below-grade installation—including basements and below-slab applications. Waterproof backing eliminates need for moisture barriers on concrete subfloors. Attached underlayment reduces material costs and installation steps compared to separate pad installation.
Floating installation allows faster deployment without adhesive curing time. Suitable for wood or concrete subfloors with proper leveling. Pre-attached pad provides acoustic dampening and thermal insulation. 100% waterproof core prevents water damage from spills or minor flooding.
