Frame Assembly: All-wood, 3/4-inch thickness with dowel joinery and dadoed construction for structural rigidity.
Cabinet Box: 5/8-inch plywood with clear coat interior finish. L-shaped metal bracket reinforcement installed on base cabinets.
Hardware: Full-extension, soft-close under-mounted glides. 6-way adjustable soft-close hidden hinges. Rubber door bumpers for quiet closure.
Shelving: 3/4-inch plywood with adjustable mounting and clear coat finish. 3/4-inch depth standard.
Finish: Clear coat applied to all interior surfaces and wood components.
Primary Applications: Kitchen cabinetry, bathroom vanities, and residential storage systems where solid wood construction and adjustable hardware are required.
