STATEMENTS INC COLOR COLLECTION MATTE BISCUIT FIELD 6" X 6"
Ceramic field tile, 6x6 square, matte biscuit finish
Selected Color: BISCUIT MATTE
Technical Specifications
Material: Ceramic tile body with matte glaze finish. Format: 6x6 inch square, single-unit field tile. Finish: Matte biscuit (non-reflective, neutral tone). Surface: Glazed ceramic, standard porosity for interior residential use. Box coverage: 12.6 square feet per unit. Edge profile: Pressed edge (standard for field tiles). Mounting: Direct-set or thin-set adhesive application.
Application & Performance
Primary applications: Interior walls, residential backsplashes, accent areas. Secondary applications: Light-traffic bathroom walls, shower surrounds (non-steam environments). Performance characteristics: Glazed ceramic resists staining and moisture absorption in non-immersed conditions. Matte finish reduces glare and conceals minor dust/fingerprints compared to glossy finishes. Limitations: Not rated for floor traffic due to standard ceramic body hardness. Not suitable for steam showers or high-moisture poolside areas. Installation: Requires standard thin-set mortar and grout; DIY-accessible with basic tile tools.
