Technical Specifications
Dekton slabs use TSP technical: sintering of mineral particles at 1200°C under 25,000 tons pressure. Inorganic composition: 80% recycled glass, quartz, porcelain, granite particles. Density 2.5 g/cm³. Flexural strength >50 MPa. Hardness 7-8 Mohs. Thickness 12-30mm standard. Thickness tolerance ±0.5mm. Water absorption <0.05%. Abrasion resistance PE<175mm³.
Application & Performance
Suitable for interior/exterior floors, walls, countertops, facades. Thermal shock resistance survives 300°C delta-T. 100% UV stable, no fading. Abrasion resistance for high-traffic floors. Flexural strength supports large spans without support. Low thermal expansion coefficient 5.5x10⁻⁶ 1/K. Compressive strength 145 MPa. Frost resistant for exterior cladding.
