Construction: Stone-polymer composite (SPC) core with rigid, dimensionally stable structure. 0.5-inch total thickness provides structural integrity for floating or glue-down installation. Moher oak finish applied via photographic imaging process. Waterproof core eliminates swelling and delamination risk in high-moisture environments. Plank dimensions: 9 inches wide × 72 inches long. Edge profile: Standard butt joint or micro-beveled, depending on finish line. Surface coating: Wear-resistant polyurethane topcoat for scratch and scuff resistance.
Application & Performance
Primary applications: Residential and light commercial flooring in kitchens, bathrooms, basements, and laundry rooms. Core material resists moisture penetration—suitable for below-grade installations and high-humidity spaces where traditional hardwood fails. 100% waterproof composition prevents cupping, crowning, and edge-swelling. Rigid SPC core eliminates need for plywood underlayment in most applications. Installation method: Floating floor system or direct adhesive application. Not recommended for exterior use or direct sunlight exposure exceeding 4+ hours daily (photographic finish may fade). Suitable for radiant heat systems up to 85°F surface temperature.
