Engineered quartz slabs in multiple colors
Engineered quartz composite: 93% natural quartz aggregate, polyester resin binder, pigments. Manufactured via Bretonstone process under vacuum vibration compaction. Slab thickness typically 2cm or 3cm. Polished or honed surface finish. Density 2.4-2.5 g/cm³. Flexural strength 40-50 MPa. Water absorption <0.02%. Mohs hardness 6-7.
Suitable for horizontal and vertical surfaces: countertops, vanity tops, walls. Non-porous structure prevents bacterial growth and liquid penetration. Impact resistant core withstands daily use. Thermal shock resistance up to 150°C. Does not require sealing. Limitations: avoid direct heat exposure above 150°C; professional fabrication required for cutouts.
