MASLAND HEATHERPOINT is modular carpet tile. Sold in square yard increments (SY unit). Construction uses solution-dyed nylon face yarn. Patterned design in 6 colorways. Backing system: secondary fiberglass or equivalent for dimensional stability. Total thickness approximately 0.250 inches. Pile weight 20-24 oz/sy. Gauge 1/10 inch.
Suitable for commercial interior floors: offices, corridors, lobbies. Modular tile format allows replacement of damaged sections. Fiberglass backing resists delamination under rolling loads. Solution-dyed nylon resists fading from UV exposure. Rated for moderate traffic areas. Not for exterior or wet locations.
