Suitable for residential interior floors above grade. Compatible subfloors: wood or concrete. Species selection affects hardness: Red Oak Janka 1290 lbf, Maple 1450 lbf, Walnut 1010 lbf. Rift White Oak minimizes grain expansion. Prefinished surface resists wear in moderate traffic. Requires acclimation 7-14 days prior to install. Not rated for below-grade or standing water exposure.
