Construction: Engineered hardwood with solid oak veneer face bonded to plywood core. Plank width 9-1/2 inches. Monarch series finish applied to Coleman color specification. Core composition provides dimensional stability and resistance to moisture-induced cupping and crowning compared to solid hardwood of equivalent thickness.
Suitable for on-grade and below-grade installations where solid hardwood cannot be used due to moisture exposure. Plywood core construction reduces movement in high-humidity environments. Coleman color matches traditional oak tones. Engineered construction allows installation over concrete slabs, radiant heating systems, and in basements. Not recommended for wet areas or direct water exposure.
