Technical Specifications
Engineered quartz slab. Composition: 93% natural quartz aggregate, 7% polymer resin binder, color pigments. Manufacturing: Bretonstone process - quartz particles vibrated and vacuum-pressed into slabs under high pressure. Density: 2.4-2.5 g/cm³. Hardness: 7 Mohs scale. Thickness options: 2cm, 3cm standard. Slab size: typically 120" x 55" to 144" x 65". Polished surface finish standard. Non-porous structure prevents liquid absorption.
Application & Performance
Suitable for kitchen countertops, bathroom vanities, floor tiling, wall cladding. Non-porous surface resists stains from coffee, wine, oils. Flexural strength exceeds 40 MPa supports heavy loads without cracking. Thermal shock resistant to boiling water. Low maintenance - cleaned with mild detergent. Limitation: heat sensitive - hot pots may damage resin binder. Not recommended for outdoor exposure without sealant.
