Technical Specifications
Cement-based floor grout. Non-shrink properties prevent cracking during curing. Sag-resistant formula maintains position in vertical joints up to 1/2 inch wide. Provides stain-proof surface after final cure. Mix ratio: 3.5-4.25 quarts water per 25 lb bag. Pot life: 60-90 minutes at 70°F. Initial cure: 24 hours before grouting adjacent tiles. Full cure: 72 hours before heavy traffic.
Application & Performance
Suitable for interior/exterior tile installations on floors, walls, and countertops. Works with ceramic, porcelain, natural stone, and glass tile. Joint width range: 1/16 to 1/2 inch. Water-resistant after cure; use with appropriate sealer for high-moisture areas. Compressive strength exceeds 4500 psi at 28 days. No cracking from substrate movement up to 1/8 inch. Temperature range for application: 50-100°F.
