Cut from marble slabs with diamond saws, calibrated for uniform thickness. Suitable for thinset mortar installation over cement backer board or plaster.
Application & Performance
Hexagon mosaic format allows curved surface installations. Honed finish provides slip resistance when dry. Natural marble porosity requires sealing to prevent moisture absorption. Suitable for interior floors, walls, shower surrounds, kitchen backsplashes. Not recommended for exterior or freeze-thaw exposed areas without protection. Thermal expansion coefficient typical of marble: 0.000006 per °C.
