BrowseA good bathroom remodel in Bellevue should feel calm from start to finish. We handle small refreshes and full rebuilds with new layouts, always starting with a clear line-item estimate, real dates, and one person you can text or call. Permits are filed with the City of Bellevue Development Services; electrical permits and inspections are through Washington State L&I. We schedule the inspections and meet the inspector. There is no markup on materials. You pay our cost and keep contractor pricing, and we help with design and selections at local showrooms for free. Before demolition, we stage tile, fixtures, glass, and cabinets so work does not stall. If you are adding a bathroom or moving structure, our architect and structural engineer review the plan first. Proper waterproofing, a 24-hour flood test where required, and ventilation that exhausts outside are standard.

Bellevue bathroom: we kept the footprint and rebuilt the room for daily use. New glass shower with white subway tile, black trim, and a built-in niche. Dark floor tile for grip. Light-wood double vanity with white tops and black faucets, mirrors set to eye height. A skylight and new lighting brighten the space. Barn door saves swing. We reset valves, added GFCI, upgraded the fan and duct, sealed grout, and tuned doors and drains before handoff.

Bellevue primary bath, full gut and rebuild. We pulled the 2000s dark wood and heavy tile, fixed framing, and waterproofed the wet zone. Layout stays efficient: big glass shower with a low curb, dual square showerheads in matte black, recessed niches, and a stone-mosaic feature wall with a glass shelf. Freestanding tub sits by the window on a textured wall panel. Vanity is light wood with a quartz top, two under-mount sinks, oval mirrors, and wall sconces; shelving ties into the wood tone. Black trims, brass accents where they make sense, quiet fan ducted outside, and everything set plumb and level. Clean, bright, easy to keep up—built to handle daily use.
